  I recently moved to the south end of town. Unfortunately none of the stores there can hold a candle to this store. This store has the largest and freshest selection of fruit in town. It is also had an incredible selection at excellent prices. They don't slack in the cleanliness area either. There are never any bugs in the fruits and veggie area. The floors are always clean as well as carts cleaned from the lot. ( no door dings) Love the place!

  Been shopping here ~75% of my time for about a year and a half. There are some really friendly employees, especially in the produce department and the meat/fish counter.
  
  Any bad experiences I've had have been infrequent, and Payless seemed to fix the underlying problem quickly.
  
  Their fresh produce is significantly fresher and cheaper than the nearby Marsh "experts in fresh" store. Payless has better selection of higher-quality foods than the nearby Walmart, although it has a few oddly missing items, such as chef's knives.
  
  I enjoy the rotating selection of odd fruits in the produce department. They rotate in plenty of tropical fruits worth trying once.
