  Always takes a long time! Typically 20 minutes or longer. Forget about mornings! We have waited over 25 minutes in line just to get hot coffee in the am! It is not even worth going there anymore. I don't know about the food. We only get coffee and tea. The building itself is dirty and outdated. We prefer Starbucks.

  Went through drive through to get a snack and an iced mocha. Was given food, told to wait for drink. Then given HOT steamed mocha. Couldn't wait for another while my baby was screaming at the top of her lungs in the car seat. Waste of $3. Couldn't drink it.
